"So disappointed in this location. Ordered and PAID for a Barbie balloon bouquet mixed with other assorted pink balloons. Received notice that my order was ready for pick-up. I get there and someone had taken the Barbie portion but left the assortment of the others. I was offered a replacement of plain balloons. The birthday girl was extremely hurt. Her theme was ruined. PARTY CITY you obviously didn't read my review. I said NOTHING about the wait time. I SAID MY PRE-PAID ORDER WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE!"

"I am leaving a 5 star review (not for the store) but for one of the managers. I believe Ladonna is her name. Recently I went in looking for a gender reveal balloon to celebrate the birth of my first child. I checked a day or so beforehand and they had plenty in stock. I was disappointed to see when I arrived they had all sold out. I was devastated as I was in need of a last minute balloon for this giant milestone. However, never fear. Ladonna was there, treating me like one of her own family members. She helped me MAKE my OWN using other balloons and confetti I could buy in store. She was a major help to me and I could tell that she genuinely cared about this milestone for me. So this one goes out to Ladonna. I hope Party City takes good care of her. She deserves a raise. Thanks!!!"

"I was excited to celebrate with my friends at the yearly purple themed party. I decided to go all out and paint my whole body purple with some party city purple body paint. Now all my friends think I'm doing blackface because my roomate doesn't like to turn too many lights on... I would recommend NOT buying the purple body paint. if you do at least dilute it"

"Im leaving a 5 star review because it not about the store . I loved how they remodel but the employee William literally doesnt care about working there . Has no type of face expression literally you can tell he is annoyed working here . I also he kinda smells as well ."

"Disappointed with this Party City. I couldn't find much of what I was looking for. A lot of bare shelves, huge pile of boxes in one isle. Carts overflowing with things to be stocked on shelves in others."
