"When going over numbers for new model Y I agreed on trade in estimate. Later the offer was dropped by 400$ I rejected that offer and tried over several emails to get it back to original offer, to no avail. I threatened to not buy the car in this case, still no budge. I cancelled it all due to their rudeness and could care less attitude if they get a customer. Now they want to keep my $250 order fee for the car that was on the lot and did not needed to be ordered. Today I am reporting also to BBB over them trying to keep my $250. Maybe customer service like this is in part responsible for their stock price to be nearly 1/2 of last Christmas price. VERY DISAPPOINTED!"

"Do not recommend. I noticed that my steering wheel was off-center but they kept trying to convince me it was all my imagination. According to their "expert" opinion there was no problem. My experience could not be trusted. But guess what? After a lot of arguing and drama they finally agreed to check the alignment(they did it for free so I give them that) they did discover it was not within specs. I get the feeling that no matter what the problem is that you are having with the car, their first reaction is to try to push back and tell you that "there is no problem". They are ok at their job I guess, but they make the experience of owning a Tesla horrible."
