"Place is dirty, lack of helpful signs for where to board which bus. Good luck trying to catch a bus there at night, they seem to cancel a lot of the later buses so you may be waiting 50+ minutes for a bus to come. Have had to get an Uber to make it on time as a result of the bus never showing up."
"Complaints about SBMTD don’t mean a thing. I’ve had a driver pass without picking me up and three complaints later and he’s still a bus driver. And that’s assuming I’m the only person he ever doesn’t pick up, I imagine most people don’t bother calling because they know nothing will happen."
"The best Transit system in California and I lived here for 25years. Until this occured. On September 18th 2018 their MTD Driver struck a bike in the bike lane on State street. Crossing into an occupied lane causing an injury accident. Blaming the bicyclist for hanging onto a nonexistent handle. They're aware of what happened. It's not a joke, but I don't see that Driver anymore. They must have reviewed their camera that they said wasn't working on the new bus that struck me and made their decision on what they do to him."
"it's very easy to find a bus to anywhere in the city. the people who tide the buses are friendly. Mtd drivers are helpful courteous. employees at transit center. will help you find the right bus to get you as close to destination & times buses arrive & depart. Keep up the good work mtd"
"Their timing is horrible. Some buses leave 5 minutes early, some others show up 15 minutes late, and some regularly don't show up at all and you have to wait for the next one. Don't plan to rely on it if you don't have flexible work hours."
