"The staff was unwelcome. Did not speak you had to ask for help. Did not try to explain the boot you was buying. It was like they was. Having a bad day. The lady at the registers did not speak looking at you like she was out of her mind or something. I had a try to use my card that did not have a chip and the African lady got to speaking rude when I was I was trying to explain something to her. What's sad I'm African American and to get your own kind to speak like that when you trying to explain something is sad. You speaking more then the lady at the registers.let her do her job."

"My first time in this outlet store. Security was respectful and staff were pleasant, kind and quick to help. When in Paris last Summer, I searched all over the louboutin stores for their basic black front-rounded pump to no avail. I was told it’s last year’s model and that they didn’t carry it anymore. I found them in this outlet store! The prices are on average 20% below retail but all sales are final. The person who helped me was pleasant, checked for my size availability and brought me an additional size up just in case (louboutins often run small). I will be going back next time I am out there."

"I hit it at the right time - mid week afternoon between Christmas and New Years - and there was no line. Walked in, made a beeline towards shoes with 85mm heels - my preferred height - and asked the woman who, from the descriptions in some of the other interviews, some folks have issues with on their visits. She was charming, helpful, and quick - which is perfect for the way I wish to shop - and I left with the perfect pair of shoes. I can understand why staff may be a bit rushed and abrupt if it's super busy and people don't have any idea what they want or what size they wear, but I also feel that if you approach people in a respectful and compassionate way you're more likely to get that in return."

"Came here to see if anything caught my eye. I opened the door since there was no line and then the security kindly told me to wait outside as they were at max capacity. He was really friendly about it so I wasn’t bothered at all. We soon were invited in and we looked around. I actually liked that the reps leave you alone to look, I don’t like being hovered around. A lot of the shoes were in vibrant colors/styles that imagine did not sell at their regular stores, something to keep in mind. I wanted a pair of heels but sadly they were out in my size. Not sure if that is a common problem here with other shoe models since it is an outlet, so I imagine they might be short on stock. Only talked to one rep and she was really friendly and helpful. Will come back, hopefully my size will be available!"
