"My arrears was paid off two years ago.Even had a meeting with a mediator downtown who ended the meeting when his supervisor called and said " He is clear.We are closing the books on him..." I have STILL been getting monthly notices.They are killing my credit report. According to my records my account is closed but my refund check was taken this year and my passport application was denied because of this issue!!! These ppl are terrible...they just won't let you go"

"Absolutely horrible system. I recently called about my case January 2024 & the young lady I spoke to on the phone looked up my case & could not verify my current address or the father’s address for the strangest reason & told me I hadn’t called about my case since 2022. That is completely false; I filed a case in December 22’ & have been calling throughout the year of 2023 for updates. I don’t know if there is a secret agenda against mothers filing for child support in this city. It’s just weird. I believe the system could do a better job finding the second party in order for them to be served especially since I’ve given all known info. I spoke to this young lady before & I believe she’s sabotaging people’s cases. If I have to take higher legal actions (NAACP or a lawyer), I will because this is not right."

"This office is terrible, I have been calling about my case and everytime I call about it they give me the run around, and they just be ready to get you off the phone . They litterally do not care, about helping you. This is not right."

"I spoke with a young lady for 20 minutes she could not comprehend what I was asking. She was not listening for understanding she was literally listening to respond with an attitude. I am not sure why she was taking offense to my question, but she was more concerned with being right and less concerned with understanding my ask. I repeated myself a total of 6 times before I finally asked for a supervisor. She kept saying "well probably or " well I guess". I explained that I was calling for clarity because all I had been doing was guessing. I did not call to ask what she thought it could be; but simply for facts and clarity."

"Took my taxes and fail to update the payment in the system. Been (2) months. My daughter received the whole amount and they still won't update it. I sent an email to the State showing proof that the payment was made."
