Serrano Vista Cafe

"I recently visited the Serrano Vista Cafe at Yaamava' and was left quite disappointed with my experience. Despite the cafe's potential and its location within the resort, the service and food quality severely lacked. Upon arrival, I noticed about five staff members idling at the front, seemingly preparing to seat customers who weren't there. Meanwhile, I stood waiting for assistance with a to-go order, but regrettably, none of the staff members acknowledged my presence or offered help. This lack of attention to guests is unacceptable and contrasts sharply with the service standards I've encountered in other areas of the resort. The food quality did not redeem the poor service either. Describing the dishes as "very mediocre" might even be generous. I've had more enjoyable meals at a Denny's, which says a lot about the lackluster offerings here. The cafe has also revamped its to-go setup, but not for the better. A staff member should be designated to manage to-go orders at all times, rather than socializing in the back. This change not only hinders efficiency but also diminishes the guest experience. Overall, my visit to Serrano Vista Cafe was far from satisfactory. The cafe's staff seemed indifferent to guests, and the food was underwhelming. It's disheartening to see such a venue not living up to the service standards that are presumably upheld across the rest of the resort. I hope the cafe takes this feedback to heart and makes necessary improvements to match the quality one would expect from such a distinguished location."

"Went to play and my aunt Lucky won a jackpot so we stopped by and got us some dinner and drinks I ordered the filet Mignon and let me tell you it’s the best steak I’ve ever had and I’ve been to the best restaurants who claim they have good steak and well cannot compare. I recommend this place and will definitely come back for another visit."

"Delicious spaghetti and meatballs for dinner plus scrumptious New York steak breakfast! The atmosphere was classy although the dinner table had a few scuffs and scratches it will look even more luxurious with cloth over the tables. The New York steak was so soft and tasty. Service was fast I will come back for the steak again !"

"We have eaten here a few times and the service & food are great. It's almost impossible to just walk in because you need reservations. But when you do, be ready to satisfy your taste buds. One of my favorites here is the spaghetti and meatballs. This is the only place where I eat this dish. It comes with giant meatballs and garlic cheese toast. You can't go wrong. The sandwiches and burgers are also amazing. I used to love their asada fries but not only did the price go up but the quality went down. They used to be perfect. The staff & environment is always great. Love the fresh roses always."

"Food is delicious! Fries got cold very fast and not very tasty other than the fries its really good. Nice portions. Huge cali club sandwich. And cheeseburgers almost the size of my head! Lol also tried the garlic toast and wow it smells amazing! Comes with a marinara dip sauce and tastes so yummy. Tried the cheesecake. It was really good besides the "strawberry" sauce to put on top. The prices are ok tiny bit high but they do give a lot of food. The bad thing about it is even when you order for pick up and you receive a text saying it is ready for pick up, you go and ask for the order and the girl goes back for another 10-15mins (and I'm not exaggerating) and then finally brings your order out. Huh?! Didnt I just get a text saying my order was ready?! This happens every time! Even when I just ordered a slice of cheesecake! Why on earth does it take so long to slice and pack a cheesecake slice?! I only come back here because I get reward dollars for here for being a serrano club member. It is open 24hrs and yes you can dine in. Yes I would suggest trying it but just be aware of the long wait."
