"We walked here to grab coffee while our car was charging. The store didn’t allow us in at 8pm although in the map shows it’s open until 9:30pm. We tried to get the coffee through drive thru, and they denied our request because we didn’t have car! So pissed. Rude customer service."

"Done with going to this starbucks ive been coming basically everyday for the past two months and everytime i place an order there has been an issue wether it being they didnt get my order or something is missing they didnt make my drink right i could go on and on also all the employees are very rude and stuck up"

"Strange experience Sunday morning, ordered coffee on the app. Went inside to pick up my coffee. Had a very odd experience with this location! I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. The Barista with the reading glasses was a weirdo for talking awful. About a customer waiting in line."

"Worst Starbucks. The last time I was here, the guy was cleaning the women's restroom and wouldn't let me use it. Then I told him I will use the men's then. He said "no" because he was about to clean it. Really??? Then today, they closed the front door, and are making the customers go through the drive thru. I may only be one customer. But I'm hoping people read this and go somewhere else. Don't give them your business because clearly customer service isn't their priority."

"Came to this Starbucks on our way to Big bear, no on the way up service was good. On our way down 5 days later, not so good service. 1. Valsatore didn’t want to give us the bathroom code. 2. When we nicely asked what was the dark road of the day he just stared and smirked 3. My grande latte :( what a rip off , it was only filled half way and had like 3 inches of foam 4. my husband spilled hot coffee on his hand because his cup of coffee was filled to the tippy top and the lid & cups became too flimsy . Starbucks you need to look at your lids and cups that become super flimsy with hot liquids. Or double up the cups."
