"Loved my experience because the employee Gabie, if I’m not mistaken, helped me like she truly cared, I never had someone take care of me at a store like her, she knew what I needed and stoped from getting what I didn’t need as I was checking out at the register, it was for an exchange of legging that I had purchased online, she warned me that I was exchanging with a different style of leggings, she worked hard to get me a bigger size of the ones I got online because they run tight (which is a good thing) she went ahead and let me try them on and it was perfection. She was truly happy to see me get what I needed. She had a pixie cut with a little blonde. I think she was a manager or a supervisor stepping into this particular store that day. An angel that truly cared. She made my week."

"I’m reading the reviews on here I’m seeing a pattern of rude and attentive an outright dismissive employees. The first floor employees were amazing. When I asked to teach speak to the manager he came over and he was delightful. He called over the manager from the second floor, she was delightful, and they seem sincerely Apologetic for the second floor team. I interacted with three male employees, and they just could not give a hoot about my questions what I was looking for and then I specifically got yelled at because I came out without a shirt on looking for another size because there was literally nobody helping me, I like the products enough that I bought two items anyways but I would be reluctant to go back into that store. I hope Management sends my comments up to corporate. I hope corporate reads this and does something to improve the attitude. In my humble opinion, it’s just easier to be niceand attentive"
