"Footlocker are a bunch of cons, crooks, and liars. I bought shoes online from Footlocker that were defective within 5 light wears over the course of 2 weeks. I called and talked to a person who told me I had 45 days to ship them back, from the time of that phone call. I sent them out 30 days later, and just got the shoes back with a note saying I didn't return them in time. These people will lie right to your face. Send you defective shoes, and not give you your money back when you ask for it. CROOKS."

"The staff has some new associates mixed with the management is great Liz and the other managers are on point with the information and are quick to help. This spot has had it ups and downs with the cook groups but now it seems to be more sneaker collectors and customers who really want the sneaker which is a good thing. The selection of sneakers and apparel is great aswell"

"Footlocker on Melrose and Genesee consistently does not clean up after their customer lines for shoe sales. They have no problem trashing the historic Fairfax neighborhood and the environment. They managed to keep the inside of the store looking top-notch but have no problem letting their customers throw garbage all over the Fairfax high school and genesee street. Good reason to just order your shoes on Amazon"
