"Very bad customer service phone rings, gives automated response tells you to select number for appropriate service and then sends you back to the automated response which then tells you to do the same exact procedure again. Btw this senior and 2 grandsons are in danger of losing their housing due to NOONE/ EVERYONE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. THE PLANDEMIC IS JUST ANOTHER WAY OF BEING LAZY AND NOT HELPING THE SENIOR/DISABLED POPULATION. TERRIBLE!!!! Y'ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!!"
