"I was spoken to like a dog here. I waited and spoke to three people and all I was waiting on was them to tell me it would be 20-30 minutes. Then the tech told me I was not going to wait in her line or argue about it. I tried to tell her I wasn’t waiting in the line but she just raised her voice at me. I can’t believe how they treat people. I am from out of town just using them for an ear infection my infant. I’m incredibly disappointed in the attitude that young imbecile and how she thought what she said was even remotely professional. Wouldn’t use them again if my life depended on it."

Short staffed (as everyone is) and my prescription was not yet ready, but she quickly went into action for myself and others who appeared to be waiting for their refills. She got all of them done in less than 30 minutes. I am glad they are able to still try and help the customers through these hard times!"

"I would have given them a five star rating until recently but since they have installed voice -activated software, it is more difficult to refill prescription and check order status. My voice is not understood half the time. Punching in numbers was much more efficient so why the change?"
