"I hadn’t visited this location before and wanted to treat someone to lunch. We were impressed with the options on the menu and ultimately were delighted with the options we chose. The staff were very patient and took their time answering our questions and circling back to make sure we were happy with our experience. I’m not sure what the background of this business is, but I tend to feel like I’m supporting a local business when I buy their products at other locations like cakes at gas stations."
"Although the products that are offered by a business are good it is only as good as the service, And this was the case for sequoia. My sandwich was great but my service I received was very lackluster. The person receiving our orders seemed very uninspired and upset about being at work. The whole service took a long time and some orders were put out before mine when I had ordered prior to them. When I checked for my sandwich’s progress I received disinterest from the staff. Sequoia please do better staff training/hiring because I do not wish to call this my sandwich shop compared to others competitors in town. You fell short this time."
"This place is so delicious... absolutely everything tastes wonderful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We particularly love the Chicken BBQ Sandwich, Turkey Sandwich, and desserts! The cookies and Butter Cake are outrageously good!"
