"I am unhappy with my latest experience at this location. The staff seemed like they were not very well trained. I will be looking for other office supplies elsewhere. If you do patron this location and have questions automatically ask for the MOD( manager on duty). I have yet to even get a confirmation email about my tax exemption, and that's if the young lady actually sent in the paperwork to corporate. Since I have errands to run, I'll go in person to follow up on it and revise my review tomorrow."

"Called to ask about copying services. I was told the copy center would close at 4 PM if not earlier because that’s when the individual working there would leave. It was 3 PM when I called. I asked if I was there within the next half hour if that would be good. I was told “maybe, if I’m still around”. What kind of service is that? I’ll intentionally go anywhere out of my way to avoid this store. Lousy service."
