"This company was at one time really good business when they were personally owned they were really easy to work with and maintenanced all their equipment all the time they were an A+ Rental company. now that Herc has taking over the staff is rude they have no clue what they have available for rent and won't honor a reservation to hold a piece of equipment. That I booked with them 2 weeks ago they called me day before and changed it on me told me somebody that just got the piece of equipment called and said they needed an extension, sounds like poor planning to me but the guy that planned ahead gets the shaft I'll take my business somewhere else, with a company that can honor their agreement"
