Holiday Inn - Clarksville Northeast , an IHG Hotel

"We first stayed here 3 years ago within the first month they had been opened. We also stayed last year. Both times were amazing. Unfortunately, this third time in their third year it looks like they are letting maintenance and cleaning slack. The carpet under the pull out sofa looked like it hadn't been vacuumed since the first year. Trash and crumbs everywhere. The mattress in the pull out was very badly stained yellow and red. We ended up turning it over for the kids to sleep on. The seal and paint around the ac unit is very badly peeling. The bathroom is starting to grow mold around where the shower meets the floor. The closet fixture is falling off the wall and is honestly a huge hazard. I'm not sure it was ever properly secured to the wall. Hopefully it doesn't fall on someone. (See picture) On the plus side, the safe is finally bolted down. Both previous visits the safe was sitting not fully installed / bolted down yet. Unfortunately after this visit we most likely won't be returning next year"

"Upon arriving we were greated at the front desk by Lex. She was FANTASTIC! We didn't have a reservation but they had rooms available. This is a newer hotel, and it hasa restaurantand bar. Althoughit it is closed on Sundays. Very well maintained property. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were bet comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Hotel could do better cleaning. The hotel is fairly new still and is very nice but it definitely needs to be better maintain. Overall, other than that is was good experience"

"Pros: clean, comfortable, far enough away from the highway that it's not too noisy, restaurant and bar on site. Excellent fresh air flow in rooms, not stuffy like a lot of hotels. Cons: rooms have a mini fridge but no microwave. The only microwave for customers is in the back of the restaurant seating area. I suppose they do this to encourage you to use the restaurant instead of bring your own food. No free continental breakfast. Breakfast was reasonably priced at about $13 including tip."

"I don't have a single negative thing to say about my experience at this hotel. In fact, it's one of the best ones I've stayed in. The whole place is clean and modern. The room was great. The bar and restaurant were wonderful, and the servers were top notch in customer service. Great food, drink, and dessert. Every staff member I interacted with was very kind and accommodating. My girlfriend and I live in Clarksville, but we came to the Holiday Inn for a date night / get away, and we will definitely be back. Also, you don't need a room to eat at Burger Theory, so I would recommend it to anyone looking for great dining and inventive burgers. Thank you to the staff for making our date night amazing!"
