Hampton Inn & Suites Sevierville @ Stadium Drive

"I used my Hilton Points to get my spouse and her friend a room for some business in the area. Just got a call with glowing reviews of the hotel and people that work there. My spouse asked me to write this review and call out how outstanding and professional the staff was. Ms Phyllis and Ms Krystal treated my family like they were their own. From answering the phone to greeting at the front desk. I travel for a living and this is becoming a raritie. Ms Green is the GM at this hotel and definitely should be running Hilton's training and hiring world wide, I relatively small property in a small town in TN that treats customers far better than some of the most expensive 5 star properties on earth speaks for itself. I am actually am going to travel to this hotel myself to experience this for myself."

"We ended up hitting traffic on our road trip and didn't make it to our intended reservation. Stephen and Phyllis went out of their way to help us get a return from our other Hampton hotel reservation and quickly set up a room here. Truly best in class service."

"The front desk ladies were attentive, professional, and polite. The room was a great size. I loved the big screen tv, and all the direct tv channels available. The bed could have been a little softer. Great water pressure and hot water. The price was excellent."

"Rooms were nice and clean. Love that they eliminate a lot of plastic waste by offering large bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner instead of bottles. The pool is outside. It is not heated but is open year round. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entrance is easy to miss from the road. Views from the window are awesome. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the choices of chocolate or vanilla pancake batter. They had several toppings including chocolate chips and strawberry sauce. Today's other breakfast offerings were biscuits and gravy, diced potatoes, scrambled eggs and ham. There was also oatmeal, a variety of muffins/Danish, and some fruit. I wish they'd had flavored creamer for the coffee."

"Traveling with my mil, no accessibility rooms were available. Sinks were very high, beds too. The room was clean. Staff was friendly enough, and breakfast was decent. Nothing stood out as outstanding, but certainly fine for a quick stay over while traveling through. I am not sure what it is, but two hotels in 2 weeks did not put the duvet covers on the duvets, ewww. You can bet no one is washing the duvets..."
