"Rough visit this past week. I travel to Nashville often for work, and found this hotel to be accommodating. Being an Honors member it made sense to give my business to Hilton. But this last trip came with multiple issues that will cause me to stay elsewhere moving forward. First, the parking is inconvenient. This isn't a deal breaker for me, but there is no way, to my knowledge, to use your remote key to unlock parking, so you have to see the front desk about a pass. Again, not a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience. Speaking of the front desk, there are two ladies there that are very helpful, but a gentleman that seems very put out by every request that is made. This makes it tough to feel good about stopping there instead of remotely checking in and bypassing that. Now for the room....it began with the TV. The Chromecast would not connect, I tried multiple different things, had maintenance come and reset it, and it just didn't ever work. Not a huge thing, but not a great. The cleaning crew did not clean very well, and left cleaning supplies in my room. But the largest issue was the two different cockroaches that crawled out from under my laptop on day 2. Unfortunately that was it for me."
"Worst experience I have ever had. My family and I came down to Nashville for a funeral service. We had 4 rooms total, checked in online, and generated a digital key. We arrived at the front desk to get additional key cards. When we got upstairs to our rooms, my 14-year-old daughter entered her room and a man was already staying in the room. His clothes were everywhere. I went downstairs to the front desk and they were very nonchalant about the whole situation saying I should have never been able to check into the room online. They did nothing other than offer us a room on a completely different floor from the rest of my family. When I declined that room and said I wanted a room on the same floor as my family they rolled their eyes at me and miraculously found one. On day 2 of our stay my son was sitting in his room with my nephew when a man opened the door with a key card and entered. The boys started to yell and the man apologized and left the room. Again the front desk did nothing except again repeat that that room should not have been booked. They offered to give me points to my account which I never received. When I called the customer service number to complain about the incidents, they said the safety and security manager would get back to me within 3 days. We are now on day 10. Still no response from anyone at the Hilton. We frequent Nashville a lot due to family functions. My family members and I will NEVER stay at another Hilton in Nashville or anywhere else. And I will be sure to let my friends and family know what a terrible experience we had. I am appalled at the fact that I still have not received a callback and that no one seems to care what could have happened to my children during our stay. Shame on you Hilton."
"Comfortable rooms,beds, linens, clean bathroom. Hotel food was good just not a whole lot of variety. One night was even scaled back limited food offerings. Great bartenders and drinks. I had great service from the front desk as I extended my stay twice. One desk person needed better training as she frustrated me several times. Others were great ."
"I had a very mediocre experience at this Hilton property. For reference, I travel for work and stay at Hilton properties quite frequently. The good: Easy access to the interstate, breakfast buffet was nice and well staffed, parking was easy, rooms have been recently refreshed and are in decent shape, one of the nicer gyms I've seen in a Hilton property. The bad: There is no real restaurant at this property, it's just a bar with a few bar food items. This property does not provide daily housekeeping. To make a long story short, I requested housekeeping and did not get it after repeated requests via text message and front desk visits. Also, you can tell the public areas (elevator, lobby, etc..) do not get cleaned as well as other properties. In addition, on the 13th floor each morning around 6:00 a.m. when I showered, it took approximately 5 to 8 minutes (literally) of running the water before the hot water arrived. Before that, the water was ice cold. Front desk was notified and it continued on future days. The bottom line is, this Hilton property is not providing the same level of service that other Hilton properties provide. Well, guess what Hilton Nashville Airport? Rumor has it starting October 1st, all Hilton properties have to start providing daily housekeeping. I hope you're ready because I know your guests are ready for you to start providing the same level of service as other properties!"
"Love this place! The room was so cozy and comfortable that sleeping was not an issue. The indoor swimming pool was nice and warm. The breakfast bar was a little pricey and did look good, but we decided not to pay $17 each. Altogether, the atmosphere was so fun with all the displays of music icons and memorabilia. The bar was very inviting and clean. I will definitely recommend staying here."
