"I ordered a medium specialty pizza day. When I picked it up there was a cockroach that crawled off of my box onto the counter. The employee working grabbed a paper towel and smashed it and offered to remake my pizza. I declined but was not issued a refund, unfortunately. Couldnt get a manager to come out of the back to speak with me. Also worth noting that the employee commented on his fellow workers and their lack of cleanliness and proper hygiene. I am thoroughly disgusted by the entire experience. The manager at this location should be terminated and the entire store audited."
"One of the best franchise pizza restaurants in Stockton by far. The manager is easy-going and knows how to treat his customers and you can tell by the sales awards displayed in front. I've been coming here for years and the quality of the pizza and other items on the menu never stray from excellent. It's not in a great neighborhood but there's plenty of parking and your order is always ready on time."
