Eddie's Pizza

"Went last night for a quick meal. First, we received our order after several other customers and it was a small pizza. We asked for light on the sauce when we received it it was heavy in the sauce. They ask if she wants white sauce she said yes only on half. We get the second pizza and the entire pizza has white sauce. Over 1 hour later they finally bring the correct pizza after 3 tries. We had asked for a discount they say no only to keep one of the pizza’s that they messed up on. They messed up twice they should have given us pizza for free after all of that!!! The bad thing was we had to wait to eat when the other half of our party ate! Very disappointed!!!"

"Not enough employees. Pizza was not good. Service was terrible. I ordered French dip and it never came. I had to get refunded. Place was not organized. I will not go back and I do not recommend"

"Been a long time customer and love the specials and coupons they give in the mail. Recently tried to use their buy a gourmet pizza get a free 10 inch pizza coupon like I have done in the past. When I told them I just got wanted a pepperoni instead of the gourmet they didn't want to honor the coupon even though they charge less for the pepperoni than the gourmet. I have done this in the past but for some reason this was a big issue this time even though the coupon doesn't specify you can't customize the gourmet pizza."

"Terrible customer service. I ordered online at 5:15 PM, an employee calls me at 5:19PM to confirm my order and tells me it will be ready in 35 minutes. I arrive at the restaurant at 6:13 PM, pay for my order and I'm told it's not ready. So I sit down and wait for 30 minutes. When I go up to ask about my order I'm told it is still not ready so I ask how much longer it will be as I have been waiting I am told the wait time is an hour to an hour and a half. I tell the employee I was told 35 minutes on the phone and it has been over an hour and a half. The employees then cut me off and walks away to "go check" she doesn't come back until I asked another staff member for help. I am told my order is not ready yet and they can't give me and estimated time which means the pizzas/wedges/wings/breadsticks have not even been made yet. I got really upset because almost 2 hours later and my food was not ready. I ended up asking for a refund and left. I asked for a manager and she only came out to approve my refund didn't even acknowledge me. I felt very disrespected and brushed off. I am a long time customer and I don't mind waiting but employees need to be honest with wait and not be rude when someone asks about their order. I don't think I will be going back. Very disappointed I literally live 5 minutes away Ben Holt and I would rather drive to the Eddies on El Dorado Street."
