"OMG this place is amazing. We got the guava pastry and the pulled pork chop bowl. Both were absolutely delicious. The lady that helped us was very nice and got our food out fast. "Wow, stumble into this one and only Cuban bakery in Knoxville. We ordered Cuban Sandwich, Media Noche Sandwich and Cuban Puff pastry to go. It was my BD and we were taking these yummy to hiking/picnic. This family run bakery makes sandwiches with fresh baked bread everyday. While I was waiting for my food I saw a rack of fresh bread just came out of oven and boy the smell was wonderful. Rachel who took our order was so sweet. We had our sandwiches an hour+ later for lunch and they were very good even they had cooled. They have daily specials and I'm looking forward to try them out! If you haven't try any Cuban food, you must TRY HERE!!!"
