"The place was nice, staff was great at the desk, but they send room service to clean rooms at 7am and check out is at 11am. They knock, and if they don't hear you answer, they are in your room looking at you. Front desk said only was to prevent this was to hand a sign up on the door."

"A great location if in the area for Windrock. While it's not the Four Seasons; the staff is always friendly and the rooms are clean. On the better side for pricing as well. Close to everything you need in town."

"We needed a place to stay after a snow storm came through Tennessee. We were trying to get home to West TN from the Smoky Mountains and the roads were closed. We couldn’t find a hotel close to the interstate so we drove into Oak Ridge. We were so glad we did. The staff was so welcoming and the hotel was even offering a special rate due to the storm. Our room was comfortable and clean. While I was there I overheard the staff helping other guests try to find open restaurants and other services. I felt the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of the guests’ needs were met. There was hot coffee and brownies in the lobby, and the breakfast was just what we needed before we braved the roads headed home. I highly recommend this hotel and staff."

"Good hotel. Breakfast was pretty big with a bunch of different items to choose from. The people/staff were all very friendly and helpful. The beds were alright, they were a little on the hard side but they were comfortable still though."

"From the time I checked in until I checked out, the hotel staff was awesome. Ron was especially helpful throughout my stay and offered a home away from home feel. Although this was a business trip I was also surprised at how nice the rooms were. The breakfast was decent as well."
