"If you are looking for someone to work on your golf cart this is not the place. We were unlucky enough to win a gift certificate to this company. Our golf cart needed service and we wanted some modifications so we could use on our golf course. They picked up the cart 11/27 and as of today after finally getting to them (they never return calls) I am getting it back supposedly this Friday.I gave them a list of what I wanted done and asked for pricing. THEY NEVER GAVE US A PRICE nor did they do the work I asked to be done. As you can see it is over a month and hopefully they will actually deliver our cart as they said. DO NOT USE this company! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would."

"This is the worst business I have had the displeasure of dealing with. The service department makes promises and doesn't follow through. The golf cart was not broken and just needed service, but was returned in worst shape than it was when it was picked up. I would not recommend purchasing a golf cart from this business. Get one shipped is my advice the service would probably be better."

"I have purchased 3 golf carts from Ladds. Service has never been a problem but it is now. Called a few weeks ago and was told to call back on August 1. No availability. I was told to just keep calling back. These guys are obviously victims of their own success. I'm taking my business elsewhere and will no longer recommend them. I live in a golf course community where many of us own our own carts."

"Ordered my first golf cart in May. Took delivery Tuesday. The delivery gentleman spent a lot of time with us and stated that our seats and tire covers were delayed. We were missing the cover for the clubs and he made a special trip at 7pm to bring us that and install it. His name is Bradley and he event called the following day to let me know the seats are still not in. His customer service is above and beyond what we expected. In todays world to have a service person like Bradley is a treasure. Please make sure he is appreciated. Thank you. Joan"

"I can’t say enough good things about Ladd’s. I have had work done there and have purchased parts for my golf cart. The prices were reasonable and the parts guy was friendly and knowledgeable. The service guy who helped me went above and beyond in helping me load the 4 batteries I purchased from them. If I ever replace my golf cart it is the first place I will go."
