"I would not recommend Nashville Fireplace. They did not show up when they were scheduled and I had to pay my contractor to sit and wait for them because he was supposed to begin his work as soon as they finished. I called the office twice no one answered the phone. Four hours after their scheduled time they left a message to say they couldn't make it that day and they would come 2 days later. SIMPLE SOLUTION: If they would have simply called that morning as soon as they knew the schedule was off it would have saved me a lot of money. The owner Ken would not make it right, was dismissive of our concerns and kept saying it just happens this way in the construction business. He never said he was sorry and never stepped up to make it right. Very poor customer service!"
"We purchased a replacement log burner set and paid NF to install it. The set they used requries the logs to be manually lit from the back of the log setup, thus making it impossible to light or turn off. Installers left it knowing it will not work. We paid the $800 bill in full with a note of our dissatisfaction; however they did not do anything to fix the problem. There are other options that they could have offered to fix the problem, but instead just took our money and left us in the cold. We have had another company look at it and they suggest we start over and replace the unit. Would not recomend Nashville Fireplace."
"Spent $10k on a gas stove through Nashville fireplace. Took a very long time to come in which is not their issue. Once they were in my home, the install work was very poor quality."
"We purchased an electric fireplace insert from Nashville Fireplace last year. We're not as pleased as we thought we'd be. We shopped today to replace it with a gas insert. We're looking at the insert in the added picture. It produces lots of warmth while the electric brand doesn't. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Nashville Fireplace."
"I am very thankful that I purchased my fireplace here. There was a miss-understanding and I received a natural gas heater instead of propane heater. I called the office and they said the order stated natural gas. The unit had been installed 6 months but not used until recently. I told him that I vividly remembered telling them to make sure it was propane. They said no problem, bring it back we will give you a propane unit. That is all a person can ask for and I truly appreciate it. If you are in the market for a fireplace or BBQ grills, buy from them. They are legit!!"
