Best Western Suites Near Opryland

"***DO NOT RECOMMEND*** This hotel and its management is a joke! If you wish to cancel or refund, this is NOT the hotel for you because trust me when I say you will.not be receiving a refund, credit, NOTHING no matter the circumstance except for your money being taken from your account the very second you book it. Grant it, this hotel website does list that it’s non-refundable which I overlooked but dang how is that even possible. Morally, I don’t understand how a business is allowed to operate in this manner: I mean how can they take my money without me utilizing any of their services. My family travels a lot and I have never had this happen happen. Shame on you Best Western and you too Expedia for working with them. I refuse to book either of them ever again."

"The hotel and staff are very friendly and helpful. I realize you do not get snow down here often, but you should invest in a snow shovel and salt for the sidewalks and a company to plow the parking lot. I saw a lot of landscape companies that were in the area for hire to clear snow."

"Nov 2-5th clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Location is away from the action of Broadway, quiet. Shuttle drops you off at the Country Hall of fame two blocks from Broadway. One issue the bed was very soft. Great restaurant within walking distance Santa Fe"

"Stayed here for 3 nights. Clean and friendly staff. The breakfast lady was absolutely amazing. She made our mornings with how friendly she was and the food she prepared was fantastic for a continental breakfast. We will be back."

"The hotel was nice. The staff was nice, and we're able to check it's into our hotel before the standard time. That was nice! They offered a fee breakfast which included eggs, sausage, croissants, make your own waffles, toast, yogurt, juice, coffee, etc. It was good. They do have an outdoor pool too. It is kinda tucked away from everything though. We stayed there and attended a concert at the Grand Ole Opry at Opryland. It is not far from Opryland and within walking distance, but the sidewalks are somewhat non existent in places. If you're walking during the day it is fine, but I wouldn't recommend walking at night. It's somewhat sketchy. Maybe the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the show, but we did not check into that."
