"Very unfriendly and biased in every way known I spent over 500 with them on a bike and laptop I’m visiting here from Bakersfield. I rode my new bike up Shaw turned right on villa and my handlebars on my brand new bike completely slid through and caused me to fall and almost get killed by a driver. So I went to Home Depot because they wouldn’t let me set my bike on the inside so it wasn’t stolen, I bought Allen keys from Home Depot learning that the bikes handle bars were stripped so the bike is no longer able to ride almost died fell in a puddle of water thanks a lot."

"Over the last 3 months I have had 3 encounters with Jessica. She is the sweetest and most efficient employee at this location! Every time I see her she is busting her butt off. Jessica deserves a raise or promotion! As for the store itself I have only had one issue (I was trying to buy an item that was placed out 3 days early and they couldn’t sell it to me which sucked). Besides that it is clean, and almost all of the employees are nice! I really enjoy this location and have seen an improvement over the last couple of years."

"This store has fallen so hard. Once a model store, it's become a modern day K Mart. In stocks are horrible. No more guest first at the front end. Zoning in this store is atrocious. I'm ashamed to admit I worked here 10 years ago. Ashley, the Store director, needs to be fired. Plain and simple."

"I have been going to this Target for years to do Cat and Jack exchanges. Everyone I have done my exchanges with have been awesome. The past three times it’s been the same lady with curly red/grey hair. The past two times this lady said she cannot return my Cat and Jack with an ID. The time before i only had two items she wouldn’t return and i didn’t want to be argumentative with her so i just left and donated the two pieces. This time she said she couldn’t find six of them on my account or my husbands so i asked her if i could return with my ID for store credit knowing we all get $100 a year for Cat and Jack if they can’t find the receipt. Sometimes we use cash to pay for our items and forget to add our phone number. She told me again that she can’t do that. I had asked her when Target quit doing Cat and Jack returns with the ID and she said “I don’t know and I can’t return theses.” I very politely said okay thank you have a great day. I walked away and call corporate they said they still do Cat and Jack returns with an ID and i need to speak to the store manager immediately. I asked for help from the nearest associate, and it happened to be a floor lead named Daniel G. I had explained everything to him and he was very nice, professional, and understanding. He immediately took me to the service desk and handled my cat and jack return with my ID. THANK YOU DANIEL G!!! If Daniel wasn’t so awesome i would have left a 2 star review from poor customer service skills."

"Clean as far as Targets go. Helpful clerks and friendly cashiers most of the time. Plenty of parking here. Easy to get in and out of lot. Good selection of just about everything. Sometimes the electronics dept looks a little run down and low. Other than that, great store."
