"The weeks prior to contacting Rebel Equipment & Supply, I had visited or spoken with 6 dealers in 2 startes. My research had narrowed down to 3 brands. On initial contact to Rebel Equipment, I explained to Vicky in reception that I was interested in an Exmark mower. She put Dane on the phone. He told me that the make and model I wanted was on sale and they deliver. Since I had not purchased a mower trailer yet, that's what made the sale. The following day upon arriving at the store I saw a table at the entrance and one of the staff, Dane, was wearing a covid-19 mask. This was to comply with social distancing by limiting the number of customers inside. He remembered the phone conservation we had the previous day and took me inside. Once inside, Will, in sales, also wearing a mask, greeted me. I followed him through the shop where 3 brand new mowers in protective plastic were on a metal pallet. The massive ammount of parts in racks, bins and on hooks was impressive. We returned to the office and he explained the financing, rebate, warranty, engine break in and options. After the paperwork was completed, Will and Cliff started assembling my mower as I drove off. Later that same afternoon, Will arrived at my house with my new mower. He instructed me on the operation and watched as I operated the machine. During the entire process from phone call to delivery, I never felt like a customer. I felt like family. Rebel Equipment deserves more than 5 stars."
