"Horrible online order experience. Shoes came in the mail and 1 shoe looked like it got ran over by a car. Returned to ourlocal Hibbet and they returned the product and said it was unexceptable."

"I did not get the names, but two of the store clerks were unfriendly (male and female, maybe you can check the schedule on 1/5/24 at 12:35pm - Stadium center/Manteca, CA, Store 1437). They gave me extra change, in which I returned. The lady, now I remember her name, may be MYA 214842, DID NOT thank me for being honest returning the extra change. It's not a big amount, but at the end of the day, she could've been short. I wished Hibbet clerks are friendly and welcoming. Please train ALL of them to be more personable and friendly. With all store competitions, I love Hibbet, they should all be professional. Thank you."

"Was not happy I had to split my purchase into 3 separate payments. The third time I swiped my card it declined and it locked my card and put a fraud alert on it. I had to call my bank and sort it out."

"I was followed around the store by the girl that greets customers, and then the supervisor made a point to tell that girl that I am paying with cash, then looked at me and shook his head in disappointment. Then for my second visit the same girl kept on throwing gang signs or hand signals and laughing at me, making me feel really uncomfortable my son who is 7 also felt uncomfortable. At the register the girl there was nice and talkative until I got a raiders hat. She stated that she liked the 49ers, and while bagging up my purchase she smashed down my brand new raider hat. I said "what the heck, your just gonna smash my hat like that?" And she giggled and said sorry. More professionalism is much needed in there. The only one that did a good job was the tall African guy wearing glasses, I can only assume is the supervisor and only adult. I refuse to go back because I can see them in there still."
