But, Erik was outstanding, quickly identified the problem and got me hooked up with a replacement in real time, free of charge! Will def make this my home Jiffy Lube!! Thanks Yall!"

"Staff was professional. One time when I hadn't driben for a while but got the oil change alert. I came in and they said I hadn't driven enough to warrant a change. Was nice that they were honest. Other times for change have been from 10 minutes to 35."

"Eric is the young man who helped me. He was very courteous and thorough. While the manager was goofing-off in the office playing on his cell phone and the other worker was doing the same, Eric attended to me with the utmost of respect and professionalism. If I were the franchisee of this location, I would fire the other two goof-offs and make Eric the manager. 5 stars to Eric. Negative 10 stars to the other two. AN"

"Went here once, standard service, but shortly after I left my check engine light came on but my car is only a couple of years old. The error code said said it was related to oil sensors and the oil components. Went to a top notch mechanic to fix it and he said it seemed like they might have messed something up. I wouldn't say it was 100% their fault but the timing was clearly directly related and since the whole ordeal cost me $800 plus a second oil change I'd simply suggest don't risk it and go anywhere else. Plenty of other options for this service."

They could have just slap dashed the service on my car so they could all take a break, but they took the time to make sure everything was done properly and that I was satisfied.
