"Had a bad experience at this location and don’t recommend it to anyone. I went there for oil change that caused my engine light ON ( I hadn’t changed my car’s oil for almost a year or more). After changing the oil, he told me the engine light is still ON and whether I want any diagnostic. I agreed to the general visual one, which is free on their website. After diagnostics, he said I should pay $130 for diagnostics that took only 5 minutes and said this diagnostic is different from what is said on their website. After turn ON the car, I noticed the engine light is OFF, which contradicts what he told me once I agreed to diagnostic. I mentioned this to him and he said he manually turn off the engine light which honestly I’m not sure if it is the truth. He eventually reduced the diagnostics charge to $80, but I felt deceived paying that. I should’ve been told that I will be charged. I agreed to the diagnostic only because he told me the light is ON, that was not."

"It was very easy and quick to get an oil change, Joe was super nice, and received a text the next day to check that everything was working well. Joe also pointed out a few things that needed to be taken care of, and I appreciated the NO sale pitch, and pressure/fear that some of these places put on you to up-sale you."
