"Early this morning, my "low tire pressure" warning light went off. After doing a drop off at the Bart Station, I drove back to this station because I knew they were a Full Service station and did repairs. I didn't realize that the repair section wasn't open yet, they had one of the Bay Door open to accept deliveries. When I told the service person my problem, he told me they wouldn't be open for an hour but that he would take care of me right away. He checked and filled each tire and didn't charge me for anything. Always friendly, caring and polite. Earlier this year, I made an appointment to get my car Smog Certified and had a great experience - polite, efficient and patient. Especially as I age, I appreciate their patience and care that I have experienced each time I've come here."

"Only use the pumps on the side by Tice Valley Road, not the ones on Rossmoor Parkway. The ones on Rossmoor have full service which charge more and they are not clearly marked. The attendant was not responsive for providing that service."
