"I live in Petaluma CA and this was the closest state licenced Brake and Light Inspection station I could find after a couple weeks of making phone calls, trying to get info from the DMV, surfing the net etc. They were even available to help me within a couple days of calling! Their service was great. I needed this inspection because I was required to get a salvage title for my recently damaged 2000 Dodge Ram Van 3500. There was one place in Santa Rosa who could help but they have a 2 month waiting list. Lots of stations used to be licensed but after COVID most seem to have stopped providing this service. On Ja 1 2024 there is going to be an entire new safety inspection required. Good luck finding someone with an updated license and training."

"I brought my bmw in for a brake and light inspection and the old white guy who works here is super rude and has an attitude. As per the brake and light inspection the only thing I was told was that it will take 2 hours and did not tell me anything through the process of them doing it. At one point the old guy which I assume is the owner just got into my car and just started driving away to which I screamed where are you going. He told me that it’s part of the inspection, I could understand that it is part of inspection but he did not mention anything to me or tell me anything. When he went on that little drive around the block I could hear him step on the gas pretty hard and I could even hear engine rev up pretty loudly. At the end he failed me for bad brake pads to which I had to get fixe then come back and then he passed me. I also felt pretty nervous of him getting in my car and moving it around because he did not even know how to get the car in gear or remove the parking break but his shop says bmw certified. Overall had a horrible experience at this place and I will not bring my business here any more I will continue to use another shop, do not let their price encourage you to go here"

"Totally honest and great pricing for repairs! This father and son Team are wonderful! Never been screwed or ripped off. Great place to meet the nicest people from Martinez! Easy going and friendly atmosphere. Will, the son, is very helpful in explaining what is necessary. I asked why I had not been required to get my new car smoged yet? Will said I have a grace period of 8 years., then it would be required every two years. They are busy so not a lot of Chit Chat! Just great honest father and son taking excellent care of their local customers!"
