"The decline in customer service from what used to be excellent is disappointing... Having been a regular customer for oil changes and brake services here. I recently found out there is a discount oil change service offered through CarAdvise. I made an appointment through CarAdvise and arrived at the shop with confirmation. However, the front desk employee seemed annoyed when I mentioned the discount rate, claiming he had never heard of it despite working there for years. I understand it might be a new thing for them and can be confusing, it would be appreciated if he can help figure this out together. He then called the manager and the manager confirmed the partnership, however, his attitude remained unhelpful and rude. He look annoyed and said it is a headache to assist me, making me feel it was my fault. I did him a favor and left so he didn't have to deal with all those "headaches"."

"Scheduled an appt online for 4 new tires after picking out a set online. Dave called a couple of days before the appt to check what I was looking for. Understandably, he told me that online inventory is not always accurate and gave me several options within a reasonable price range. That also gave me time to review my options before the appt. Appt day, Dave was friendly, helpful and didn’t try to upsell me. And my tires were installed and aligned quicker than expected."

"Dave was super friendly and nice. The tires were affordable and the lobby was clean with Wi-Fi. There’s also a donut shop close by if you’re looking for coffee while you wait. They were quick about the process so I was able to get to work on time. Normally I have a hard time trusting mechanic shops and would prefer to do the work myself but these guys were awesome, friendly and honest. Would definitely recommend."
