"I called and got transferred around the store to a young man that seemed to have an attitude of lethargic disappointment in taking my call. I asked the gentleman a couple of simple questions about a product I really like and that I have bought from them in the past. That is when his air of ennui became most apparent. I told him since he didn't seem to know anything and didn't seem to want to help me with an answer that I would call the manufacturer myself, to which he mumbled, "yeh, I guess you can find the number." And with that, I politely ended our call. Hopefully, he can catch up on his nap and be more prepared for the next client. I did give them two stars for having a pulse and taking my call.
