"It was a busy Saturday. Not a good day to put untrained newbies out on the floor with no support, but they did. Just wanted some chain cut. Young man didn't have a clue how to use the machine. It didn't take long to become apparent to me that the machine was broken. I informed him of that and suggested large bolt cutters, to which he replied, " oh, those are over that way", and walked away. Upon returning from getting the bolt cutters myself. he was attempting to remove the chain which was stuck in the machine that had actually cut but could not release. I cut the chain from the machine with the bolt cutters. (which he should never have allowed me to do!) We used my tape to measure out the lengths of chain I needed since he did not have one. The store code he wrote down was for the whole box of chain. The man at the register looked like a homeless dude and was clueless as to how to proceed. It took a phone call to a seasoned floor associate, a manager, and fifteen minutes to ring up two lengths of chain. Bottom line: Put the newbies with a experienced associate so that they can learn, and so you don't end up with a very angry and disappointed customer, and very embarrassed and frustrated new associats. I will not be returning to that store. PS. Call Atlanta and tell them to turn the x@#* air down!"

"Tried to check out at the pro desk at 5:00 pm and was informed that the pro desk was closed. The sign right above the guys head said 6:00. He said sorry can't help you. Not the best customer service."
