"i have worked out here for over a year and i have always had a great experience until today. a female trainer started unloading my weights and when i said something about it she was very rude and told me i was interrupting her training session. there were other machines near us that were the same lift and they were empty. i feel like the people who pay to work out there should have the same rights to equipment as the people being trained! it was very rude"

"Has always been a comfortable gym to workout; but housekeeping was lacking. Last period of weeks, NOTICEABLE improvement in housekeeping, EE's moving around the gym cleaning and replacing weights, cleaning stations staying stocked. While that has to be the norm, not a one month effort, GREAT response to previous concerns and look forward to future workouts!"

"Gold's Gym is a great place to workout. They have a huge variety of workout equipment to choose to exercise on. From what I know - their exercise equipment is modern and up to date having again - a huge variety of both free weights and resistance machines. They also have a lot of exercise classes to choose from as well as personal training. And their equipment is always clean and they have them arranged in an organized way. They also have a Kids Club room and all the people that work there are friendly and helpful. Every time I go there - there is enough people working out to keep me motivated and it is never too crowded. I love going to the Gold's Gym in Lenoir city, enjoy my workouts very much, and it is a great place to just clear my mind, relieve stress and always leave there feeling good and having freed myself of any worries or problems of the day. I highly recommend membership at the Gold's Gym in Lenoir city - again - a great place to workout!"

"Members have no gym ethics. Every piece of equipment is loaded with weights. Bathroom is disgusting and locker room is dirty. Waited 20 minutes to get a drink. Charged my son $166 because my card was compromised. Turned it over to a collection agency with no notification. Allowed him to scan in the whole time with no issues. Ended up paying $144."

"Excellent variety and quality of equipment! Folks of all ages and fitness levels working out, I loved the welcoming atmosphere. I was trying out the gym today on a free first day pass, if there was a Golds Gym near my home I would not hesitate one single second to become a regular member."
