"Being of Caribbean decent (Kingston JA), it felt good to know I could get "cook food" in this area. All of the reviews raved so I thought I'd give it a try. HUGE disappointment! The oxtails were tough and flavorless. The greens were canned. The jerk chicken guest ordered was basic baked chicken. The plantains were good but there's no way to mess that up. The rice and peas were good and the lemonade was delicious! I'd have to say that these 2 meals were the worst way to spend $75! The customer service on the other hand was phenomenal! I would NOT recommend and we won't return."

"Y'all have to check out Island Breeze Bistro on the square in Lebanon (next to Jessy's Boutique). I had the Brown Beef Stew served on rice and I chose cabbage and collards for my sides. Delicious! Generous portions, couldn't finish it all. Southern comfort food with a Caribbean twist was so perfect for a cold day like today. They're on 102 S College St and open Wed-Sat 11:00am-5:30pm. (Just a heads up- not a lot of room for dine-in but luckily I was able to find a seat and eat it there.)"
