"My daughter and I were traveling through Memphis and our soft side luggage carrier we had strapped to the top of my car was falling apart. We decided to purchase a cargo carrier for the back of my car that hooks to my trailer hitch. We purchased it and went out to the parking lot to put it together. I had to go in to buy tools and each time I asked where something was I was told either an aisle number to go look for it myself or they didn’t know. About halfway done we realized we were missing a couple of bolts. When I went in to ask if they had them they didn’t and told me we could bring the one back and exchange it. Not after the time it took to get as far as we had! Found what we needed at a nearby auto parts store. A nice gentleman and his coworker stopped to help us and 3 hours later we were back on the road. Zero help from anyone at Harbor Freight! They also had one cashier no matter how long the line was to checkout. All of the workers were putting away merchandise while the manager watched and they acted like they were scared to talk to me."
