They said "if you're serious about buying we'll come out and measure for you" Even though the wait time to receive was 8-9 months whish is insane. I scheduled a date and time for the guy to meet me at my house. He didn't bother calling and never showed up. Lousy customer service and unprofessional. Keep that up and you're store will close and go bankrupt. Might be a good thing"

"I built a house and used Barton’s. As long as the guy thought I was about to buy stuff he answered every phone call and was very helpful, but after I ordered it I couldn’t get a hold of him to see where it was. I was told 4-6 weeks for windows and I got half of them in 12 weeks which 1 window was ordered obscure instead of clear and the factory messed up on the size of a big double glass door which resulted in an additional 8 weeks. They held the job up and never gave any discounts for their issues. I also used another company in town and got much better service. If I could redo it I would use the other company"
