"This store is marking their systems as full so that they don't have to do their job. I'm a plus member and haven't been able to get a delivery for 2 weeks because it snowed an inch a week ago. Every other delivery service in town is working (pizza, Grub hub, Doordash). They're charging people for membership perks that they can't actually use."
