"They do good work. They want half upfront. Do not pay the second half until they clean up their trash. I have seven giant bags of trash left on my porch that other workers have had to work around. Contractor informed them multiple times and still no clean up. I paid them before they cleaned it up because the guy told me he would be back to pick it up and I fell for it. Even bought them lunch one of the days they were working and left a big mess. Update 2/11/24 they replied to my review within 24 hours and resolved the issue within a couple days. I updated this review from 3 stars to 4 stars because everything was wonderful except for the trash and they resolved it very professionally and quickly."

"Hired the Milan tn location to do a new construction house, batt insulation work seemed fine, paid for caulking of invoice said base of ext walls,corners and t-post. First crew didnt do plumbing penetrations or t post. Contacted office and they got someone back in a few days they finished caulking plumbing penetrations and half of one t-post. So i bought a case of caulk and finished job because sheetrock crew was ready to start before they could come back. Todd was apolojetic about situation. While wiring temporary lights for sheetrockers i discovered a 2 gang switch box completely covered with batt insulation. Also someone from first crew spilled a drink on subfloor and made no attempt to get up. Was willing to let that go until things after 2 attempts i had to finish job. I tip my hat to the guy who had 4 visits and had to show where the insulation was missing. Nice people but cannot recommend."

"Update: The Regional Manager, Nick, followed up with the issues that I originally reported. He clarified some of the stocking issues and promised to finish the job. He scheduled a day for him and the Milan location Manager, Todd, to come out. He arrived 30 minutes early with all of the missing pieces and he immediately went to work. Todd arrived shortly thereafter and helped finish the job. Overall, both Todd and Nick were personable, professional, and went above and beyond to make everything right. I just wished I had originally received the same service that I received tonight. 31-W made everything right. I would recommend this company after experiencing the great customer service from their leadership team. Original Post: We chose the Milan, TN company based on a good recommendation from a family member. However, the company’s main rep, Mr. Ballard is not proactive in communicating. I took a day of leave to be prepared for a door install and had I not taken the initiative to check on the status, I would have never found out that their installer “called in.” I work Monday through Friday so I requested a Saturday install... “the installer will be there by 0900” and here I am at 0945 still waiting... I had high hopes of great customer service, but the lack of communication, the wrong parts being ordered and delay in the installation process has been very disappointing."

"DON"T hire them! They shorted me on crawl space insulation! They shorted me on attic insulation! After discovering the first installer had shorted me on the crawl space, I called them and complained. When the next crew came to blow the attic, I showed them where the insulation was missing in the crawlspace; a 38 foot band along the end wall that just had scraps gently laid in there giving the illusion that it had been insulated properly. Before he left he assure me that he had packed that cavity full. It wasn't till a few days later that I checked his work. He lied! He didn't do anything else to the crawlspace. Also when they blew the attic, it was suppose to be 15" deep. Before they left, I checked there work and made them get back up there because it was only half that or less. They left before I could check it again. So I crawled to the attic and found that it was Only 2" in some areas. I called them back and they eventually came. After blowing the attic the 3rd time I checked it and it Still wasn't right. So I made them get up there a 4th time. And I stayed up there to show the guy where to put insulation... NOT professional!!!!"
