Millersville Community Center

"It's very clean and nice. I'm not found of paying $30 an hour for an event and there being so many things you can't do. Can't hang stuff on walls, have to know where you want all the tables and chairs to go when it's rented, have to know how many tables and chairs you need the day of rental. People never know who's gonna show and who isn't. It could be a little more lenient on stuff on walls at least. I mean a lot of parties need the walls for decorations and they make stuff that will not hurt the walls when removed."

"What a wonderful place to chill out and let the little ones run for a bit. Beautiful updated playground and a great place to pack a lunch with lots of space to run and plenty of shade. It's less than a minute off interstate 65."

"Clean and welcoming spot. Today it was used for voting. But the community also uses it for meetings and it can be rented to host your event. It has a great playground too and it's not too crowded. Just right for those kiddies to safely burn some energy. I'm very happy to have this Community Center. And while you're in town check out our library too!"

"Great place to take the kids to play! The play ground has lots of interesting options. There is a shelter but it is up a small hill behind the playground. You dont have to go in the community center to visit the playground. It is usually locked after business hours. You still have bathroom access though. In the back of the building there is a stage...on each side are bathrooms. There is a swing set up on the hill behind the building as well. There are tables, chairs and benches to sit on, even a covered porch! There is a coke machine but the last time we were there it did not work. It is a non smoking area. Parking is tight right in front of the building but right beside that on the other side of the creek there is extended parking with a bridge over the creek. There is also a basketball court at the end of the extended parking lot! The community center itself has rooms available for rent for parties and such. There is also a huge room with a stage and kitchen. Check it out!"

"Love the park! It's not suitable for kids under 3. My kids love it! The park is dinosaur themed. There are a TON of equipment to play on, some that I've never seen before. There's a no smoking policy. A few benches and picnics tables under a paviollion and also a pavilion in the back too. Trash can receptacles available too. I have never had the need to use the restroom so I don't know if there are accessible restrooms. Very fun place for kids to run, climb, swing, and totter!"
