"The ladies at the front desk are super nice and helpful. The people that drive around in the golf cart that appraise the logs, an older gentlemen and a younger lady, will not acknowledge you when they see you. I've had to call the front desk multiple times to get them to drive back to me once they have seen me. I understand it's a busy operation but if you visually acknowledge someone at least saw something before driving off. But again the ladies at the front desk are awesome."
