"The evening cashier is really rude. The all point ATM was not loading properly and he did not have to give us an attitude and lying about someone asking for money and he stated welcome to the hood with other customers inside and also entering. Very unprofessional. I suggest chevron gas stations needs to retrain their employees to be talking to customers inappropriately before he talks to the wrong person or people."

"I haven't been here in a while but the tall white kid that works there now has the worst attitude towards customers, I tried to exchange a coffee that was bad and he would not even let me explain so finally an older lady talked to me and said it was fine to exchange the coffee and The comments while I was getting my coffee the tall white kid tells me: why don't you get your coffee and leave!! The comments were unnecessary after the lady said it was ok to exchange the coffee."

One of the guys on staff is kind and polite, he's a large guy like a sumo wrestler, and at the time I saw him, he was willing to go beyond and above to help. "IF I COULD GIVE THIS STATION NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD, THIS PAST 2 YEARS THIS PLACES HAS REALLY GONE DONE ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS MORNING I MADE MY REGULAR STOP FOR SOME CIGARRETS AND A LADY CALLED DANNIELE WOULD NOT SELL ME SOME CIGARRETS, SHE ASKED FOR ID WHICH I SHOWED FROM MY PHONE , SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE NEEDED TO SCAN MY ID, I SAID SHE DID NOT, EVEN THE POLICE WILL ACCEPT A DL ON YOUR PHONE, WHY WOULDN'T CHEVRON ACCEPT MY DIGITAL ID TO BUY CIGARRETS, I UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU LOOK UNDER 25 IT IS A REQUIREMENT BUT FOR GODS SAKE I'M ALMOST 50, OVERALL THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I GO TO THAT STORE BY THE WAY I'VE BEEN GOING TO THAT STORE FOR THE PAST 20 YEARS AND ALWAYS HAD GREAT SERVICE SPECIALLY BY A LADY NAMED CRISTINA BUT THERE IS A LOT TO SAY ABOUT THE REST OF THE CREW."
