"Love this meal prep company! They have so many options to chose from and everything is so yummy! The shrimp and grits and cranberry coconut Gogo bites are a couple of my favorites. They have a nutritionist that helps you figure out what your calories and macros should be based on your goals and InBody scan. You will not be disappointed with the food or service you get here.
