PTR’s customer service is fantastic and attention to their craft is unparalleled. "The AC decided to quit on me while hauling produce to San Diego. I’m not much for heat, so I gave these guys a call. They’re a little tricky to find but if you follow the various orange arrows on the fences and signs, it’ll lead you back to the shop. It’s located in a maze of small companies and yards. There is a place to park a big rig with a trailer, but you’ll have to back all the way out. Nowhere to turn around as far as I could see. I dropped my trailer on the street named “Radar”. They’ll check out your rig free of charge, then let you know what it’ll cost to repair, leaving the decision to the driver. Hope this helps."
