He walked me through both the leasing and buying options. Overall, it was a seamless process and I didn’t have to do the whole back and forth haggling for hours on end. I love that the manager shot it straight with me, and did his best to make sure I was comfortable with the monthly payments. "Dear Courtesy Chevrolet, Two of your employees were very helpful to me today. They went beyond what I'm sure is outside of both of their job descriptions. Thank you to Jeremiah, Lot Attendant, and Kris Jones in Sales for taking care of my flat tire. On my way to the Trader Joe's next door to your dealership, I got a huge bolt stuck in my tire. If you're familiar with the Trader Joe's parking lot, you know that it's no place to try and fix a leaky tire. I knew that Courtesy Chevrolet was next door and thought it might be a better space to check out the situation. Kris came out and asked how he could help. He and Jeremiah found some key tools, and Jeremiah was able to pull out the bolt and plug the tire with my tire patch kit. (I guess not all cars come with spare tires anymore!).
