"STAY AWAY!! They DON'T have a VACUUM!!! Don't waste your money!! Showed up at my house with a toy shop vac, about as powerful as a DustBuster. Stopped them after 5 minutes - Would have been impossible to clean all the glass up to even make a clean install of the new window!! Not professional AT ALL. Told them to keep my $100 deposit and go away. When I found them on the web, I asked if they were in Encinitas, and they told me yes. Well, now they tell me they call all the way from Temecula, and that actually, just their warehouse is in Encinitas."

"My husband and i had a very bad experience with this company. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else. We had a windshield and passenger window replaced by this company and the windshield kept having wind come through at the bottom of both sides afterwards. We did not think twice about it at the time because the guy that installed it told us that it would take a few days for the glue to dry. After the forth day we called the guy and he said that he was not going to near our area but he would call my husband in a couple hours. No call. We called another company. They removed the plastic around the windshield and we noticed the sloppy job, one side was glued lower then the other side. We were told that we were lucky that the windshield didnt crack or break on us. After they removed the windshield they showed us the area where the glue was placed on the windshield, there was areas of missing spots of glue. Not good."
