"In Prescott valley for work and was told to try it. I must say its was good we got the party for 4 and it was a lot of sushi. It was about 45$ and 7$ for drinks.. The only issue I had was staff was a bit rude.. It took me a moment to look at the menu and has questions and they told me to read the menu.. But would recommend for the food not the service.."

"Feb 2024 I had to drop my rating. This is the third time we've gone to dinner and staff have stayed moving tables, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning at 8pm... When they close at 9. We left at 820 after feeling pushed out by the smell of cleaning supplies, employees making noise moving tables and chairs, and mopping within 5 feet of us. We had to step out slowly and carefully because of the wet floors! I even apologized as we left... "Sorry we stayed so late. We thought you closed at 9." The young woman looked up from her cell phone long enough to say "we do". The last time this happened, I had invited my family and future in laws... We had 13 people. I had bragged so much about this place. The first timers said the food was good but they wouldn't come back because of the lack of customer service and actual rude treatment. They had such great service when they opened... So sad that they've let that service drop. The lunch menu was extensive and the portions were great! The food was delicious and the presentation was incredible. I don't know what other tables ordered but for was presented with bonsai trees and different sculptures! The cheesecake, fried cheesecake, and tiramisu were great!"

"This is our 3rd time dining at this restaurant. The food was excellent especially the Tempura but the service needs improvement. The server never smiled, didn't come back to our table even once to check on us. We need more water and extra napkins. She didn't even come back to get the empty soup and salad bowl the whole time we were there. It seems she doesn't like what she was doing."
