"BUYER BEWARE!! They claim to be this fiduciary business, they're not. Read every single document they place in front of you and its entirety. ANY BUSINESS WITH POLICIES OF NO REFUND ON ANYTHING, has more than you can imagine to hide. They have these upscale car in the back to front like they're getting so much business but they're scamming. It's doesn't take 3 weeks to install tinted windows. Without saying too much about the situation. I came in the store to get apple CarPlay installed in my car. Emad said he had to order it. I said OK order it. He said I had to pay for the front, I said OK. I paid for it. Emad took funds for parts and labor. I walked outside and decided I wanted to wait. I went back inside and told him I changed my mind. He told me he already ordered. He couldn't refund me. I said OK. I'll just waiting until the part come in. Two weeks later they called me telling me the part arrived. Emad ask me to make an appointment to have the part installed. I ask him to schedule whatever he had open. I arrive a couple of days before the appointment. I asked Emad to show me the parts. At that time I informed him I no longer felt comfortable with his business installing it to my car. I ask for a refund on the labor THAT HAD NOT BEEN PERFORMED. Emad replied, there is no refund on parts, labor, or any deposits. " who does that?" No honest business. Anyway, Emad then stated I had to sign for receiving the parts. I told him I not signing anything. Emad then stated that he would not release my parts that I had already paid for. Now, things could have went south at that point. However, I wanted not to escalate. So I signed for my part. Emad told me he was not refunding my funds for labor. [I'm advised to not say anything else beyond this]. But I was coerced into signing documents to receive the peers & funds I applied up front, without receiving the funds.. Where is the honesty in that? Oh but I will get my money. ALL I CAN SAY TO CONSUMERS IS STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU. Plus they're are WAYYYYY OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED."

"Emad did a great job in explaining the different type of window tints. Last time I got my car tinted was in 2011 and a lot has changed as far as quality. Eman was great at expaining all the tint levels available. Great customer service!"
