"Do you guys have kids sizes"

"When I first came in to buy boots, which I'm a bit new at, the two guys helping me were cool. They pretty much just got me the size I asked for, which at first was too big, so I sized down. Slipped my foot in, and said okay I think this one's right. When I went out riding, it felt very loose, and when I looked, they had gotten me an "EE" for wide. I called and spoke to one of the guys who helped me (this was the day after) and explained to him what happened, and that I had used them the one time for about 30 minutes and he surprisingly was very cool about it and said they would exchange them. I came back, after cleaning the shoes off, mind you, this place is about 40 minutes from where I live, and I see the guy and show him the boots for return. All with original packaging and inserts. He then proceeds to tell me that he didn't think I wore them after literally the day before explicitly telling him I did. He then thought about it for a couple more beats and said, "yeah man we cant take these back"... And after a little back and forth, even telling him I would take something of a fraction of the cost, he still said no, teetered on yes, and then his other coworker came over and said no.. This is just bad customer service at the end of the day, to not spend time and analyze the fit with the customer, and not be able to tell that I 'in no way' would need an extra wide boot, is just lacking consideration. Then to tell me I can bring it back, in which I cleaned the very VERY mild dirt that was on it, but he could see a little in the tread, which very easily could be picked out right there, he said no. Just a waste of time, money, and lack of customer service on the front and back end.. not really worth dealing with when you get a better return policy from the source online."
